Ingredients
- Ground turkey1 lb
- Breadcrumbs1/4 cup
- Egg1 large
- Milk1/4 cup
- Onion, finely chopped1/4 cup
- Allspice, ground1/4 tsp
- Nutmeg, groundpinch
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Butter2 tbsp
- All-purpose flour2 tbsp
- Heavy cream1 cup
- Beef or chicken broth1/2 cup

In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, finely chopped onion, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides. Remove meatballs from skillet and set aside.
