  • Allspice, ground1/4 tsp
  • Nutmeg, groundpinch

  • Black pepper1/2 tsp
  • Butter2 tbsp
  • All-purpose flour2 tbsp
  • Heavy cream1 cup
  • Beef or chicken broth1/2 cup

    In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, finely chopped onion, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
