Ingredients
- Ground turkey1 lb
- Black beans, canned, drained and rinsed1 can (15 oz)
- Corn, canned or frozen1 cup
- Diced tomatoes with green chilies, canned1 can (10 oz)
- Onion, chopped1/2 medium
- Chili powder1.5 tbsp
- Cumin2 tsp
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and chopped onion. Cook until turkey is browned and onion is softened.

Stir in chili powder and cumin. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes with green chilies. Stir to combine.
