Ingredients
- Beef sirloin steaks4 (4-ounce each)
- Butter2 tablespoons
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Pre-sliced mushrooms6 ounces
- Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard1 tablespoon
- Heavy cream1/2 cup
- Beef broth1/4 cup
- Fresh chives1 tablespoon, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear steaks for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Add minced garlic and mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté until mushrooms are tender, about 4-5 minutes.

Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, heavy cream, and beef broth. Simmer until sauce thickens, about 3 minutes.
