Ingredients
- Sirloin Steaks4 (6 oz each)
- Black Peppercorns2 tablespoons, coarsely crushed
- Unsalted Butter1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil1 tablespoon
- Garlic1 clove, minced
- Heavy Cream1/3 cup
- Worcestershire Sauce1 teaspoon
- Fresh Thymefor garnish
- Saltto taste

Season steaks with salt and half of the crushed peppercorns on both sides.

Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and let rest.

Lower heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine and scrape up browned bits. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Season sauce with salt and remaining peppercorns. Return steaks to pan briefly to coat.
