Ingredients
- Ground beef (80/20)1.5 lbs
- Mushrooms8 oz, sliced
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Egg1 large
- Breadcrumbs1/4 cup
- Beef broth1.5 cups
- Heavy cream1/4 cup
- Butter1 tbsp
- Saltto taste

In a large bowl, gently mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

Melt 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove mushrooms and set aside.

Add patties to the same skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove patties and set aside.

Add beef broth to the skillet, scraping up browned bits. Bring to a simmer.

Whisk in heavy cream and return the cooked mushrooms to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
