Ingredients
- Pre-cut beef tips (stew meat)1.5 lbs
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- All-purpose flour2 tbsp
- Beef broth2 cups
- Gravy mix packet (brown gravy)1 packet
- Worcestershire sauce1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Optional: Onion powder1/2 tsp
- Optional: Garlic powder1/2 tsp
- Serving suggestion: White rice or mashed potatoesfor serving

Pat beef tips dry and season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear beef tips until browned on all sides. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

Sprinkle flour over the remaining drippings in the skillet and stir for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in beef broth until smooth. Add gravy mix packet and Worcestershire sauce.

Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until gravy thickens.

Return beef tips to the skillet. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until beef is cooked through and tender.
