- Taco seasoning mix1 packet
- Black beans1 can (15 oz), rinsed and drained
- Corn kernels1 can (15 oz), drained
- Salsa1 cup
- Shredded Monterey Jack cheese1.5 cups
- Chopped onion1/4 cup

In an oven-safe skillet (like cast iron), cook ground beef with chopped onion over medium-high heat until browned. Drain grease.
