  • Cooked shredded chicken3 cups
  • Cream cheese4 oz, softened
  • Salsa1 cup
  • Diced green chilies1 can (4 oz)
  • Black beans1 can (15 oz), rinsed and drained
  • Corn kernels1 cup
  • Shredded cheddar cheese2 cups
  • Crushed tortilla chips1 cup
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Water1/4 cup

Steps

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, salsa, diced green chilies, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

    Spread half of the chicken mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
