- Powdered sugar2 cups
- Milk or cream2-3 tablespoons
- Custard powder or vanilla pudding mix2 tablespoons
- Dark chocolate6 ounces
- Salt1/4 teaspoon

Prepare the base: Melt 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder in a saucepan. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup coconut, 1/4 cup nuts, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Press firmly into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Chill.

Prepare the filling: Cream 1/2 cup butter with 2 tablespoons custard powder and 2 cups powdered sugar. Gradually add 2-3 tablespoons milk until smooth and spreadable. Spread evenly over the chilled base. Chill again.

Prepare the topping: Melt 6 ounces dark chocolate and 2 tablespoons butter (or 1 tablespoon coconut oil) in a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth. Pour over the chilled filling and spread evenly. Chill until firm.
