- Garlic3 cloves
- Paprika (sweet)2 tbsp
- Tomato paste1 tbsp
- Beef broth400 ml
- Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Bay leaf1
- Pre-made potato gnocchi500 g
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp

Cut beef stew meat into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Chop onions and mince garlic.

Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Brown the beef.

Add onions and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Add garlic, paprika, and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute, stirring.

Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Add bay leaf. Bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45-60 minutes, or until beef is tender.

While goulash simmers, cook pre-made gnocchi according to package directions (usually boiling until they float). Drain.

Remove bay leaf from goulash. Adjust seasoning.

Serve gnocchi topped with the quick goulash. Garnish with parsley.
