Prepare the dough: Mix flour, egg, milk, melted butter, and 1 tsp salt until a smooth, elastic dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare the filling: Combine grated pumpkin, crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, chopped dill, minced garlic, remaining 1/2 tsp salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface.

Spread the savory pumpkin filling evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.

Cut the roll into 2-3 cm thick slices.
