Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Cook bacon until crispy. Crumble and set aside. Reserve some bacon fat.

Peel and thinly slice potatoes and onions.

In a bowl, mix the sliced potatoes and onions with kacamak/polenta, crumbled bacon, cubed feta cheese, salt, and pepper. Add a tablespoon of reserved bacon fat.

Prepare the dough: In a separate bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Knead into a soft dough. Divide into 2 portions and roll out thinly.

Grease a baking dish. Layer one sheet of dough, then the potato, bacon, and cheese mixture. Top with the second sheet of dough, sealing the edges.

Brush the top with a little oil or bacon fat.
