- Lukewarm water200ml
- Instant yeast1.5 tsp
- Olive oil40ml
- Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped100g
- Sugar1 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper0.5 tsp

In a large bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, mix lukewarm water, sugar, and olive oil.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until somewhat smooth.

Knead in the chopped Kalamata olives.

Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes, or until puffy.

Shape the dough into a round loaf and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
