- granulated sugar150 g
- orange zestfrom 1 large orange
- apricot jam200 g
- dark chocolate150 g
- heavy cream50 ml
- salt1 tsp
- water2 tbsp

Prepare the dough as in the traditional recipe: Combine flour, cold butter, egg yolks, sour cream, and salt. Mix, wrap, and chill for at least 1 hour.

Divide dough into 3 portions. Roll out thinly. Place one layer on a baking sheet.

For the filling: Mix ground walnuts, granulated sugar, and fresh orange zest.

Spread half the apricot jam over the first dough layer, followed by half of the walnut-orange mixture.

Add the second dough layer, then the remaining jam and walnut mixture.

Top with the third dough layer and prick with a fork.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

Cool completely.

Prepare the glaze by melting dark chocolate with heavy cream and water.

Pour glaze over the cooled cake. Let set, then cut into squares.
