In a bowl, combine flour, semolina, egg, milk, and salt. Mix to form a cohesive dough.

Prepare plums by removing pits and stuffing with sugar.

Divide dough and flatten portions to wrap around each plum, sealing well to form round dumplings.

Boil dumplings in salted water for about 10-12 minutes until they float.

Melt butter in a pan. Toast breadcrumbs and chopped walnuts until golden.
