- Pre-soaked salt cod fillets400g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Extra virgin olive oil150ml
- Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

If using frozen salt cod, thaw it completely. Gently poach the salt cod in water until just cooked through, about 10-15 minutes. Drain well.

In a blender, combine the cooked cod, minced garlic, lemon juice, and gradually stream in the olive oil while blending until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
