Cut tuna steaks into 2.5cm (1-inch) cubes.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, juice of half a lemon, garlic powder, dried oregano, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.

Add tuna cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.

Thread marinated tuna onto the skewers.

Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil.
