
Traditional Baked Sea Bream with Potatoes

- Sea Bream4 whole fish (approx. 300-400g each)
- Potatoes1 kg
- Garlic6 cloves
- Rosemary4 sprigs
- Thyme4 sprigs
- Olive Oil100 ml
- Lemon1
- Saltto taste

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash and cut potatoes into wedges. Peel and lightly smash garlic cloves.

In a large baking dish, toss potatoes, garlic, rosemary, and thyme with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Clean the sea bream, make a few diagonal slits on each side. Season the cavity and the outside with salt and pepper.

Place the seasoned sea bream on top of the potatoes in the baking dish. Add lemon slices inside the fish cavity.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the potatoes are tender and golden.
