- Sea Bream Fillets4 x 150g
- Swiss Chard750g
- Garlic3 cloves
- Olive Oil50 ml
- Lemon1/2
- Saltto taste

Pat the sea bream fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.

Wash the Swiss chard and chop the leaves.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the fish fillets, skin-side down first, for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Remove the fish from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining olive oil to the same skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the chopped Swiss chard leaves to the skillet. Cook, stirring, until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the pan-seared sea bream fillets over the wilted Swiss chard. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish.
