- Tomato paste1 tbsp
- Vegetable broth300ml
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste

Clean the squid, separating the bodies from the tentacles. Finely chop the tentacles.

In a bowl, combine the pre-cooked rice, chopped tentacles, minced garlic, chopped parsley, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Stuff the squid bodies with the mixture.

In a pot, heat olive oil. Lightly sear the stuffed squid.

Add the vegetable broth and water. Bring to a simmer.

Cover and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until squid is tender.
