Sastojci
- Pre-cooked shrimp500 g, peeled and deveined
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Dry white wine100 ml
- Tomato paste2 tbsp
- Water100 ml
- Fresh parsley1/2 bunch, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.

Pour in the white wine and water. Bring to a simmer.

Add the pre-cooked shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes, just to heat through.

Season with salt and black pepper. Stir in most of the chopped parsley.

Serve immediately, garnished with remaining parsley.
