- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Garlic2 cloves
- Dry white wine150 ml
- Tomato paste1 tbsp
- Fresh parsleysmall bunch
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water50 ml

Cut the pre-cleaned squid into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add squid pieces and cook for 2 minutes until they start to firm up.

Pour in white wine and stir in tomato paste. Let it bubble for 1 minute.

Add water, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until squid is cooked through and sauce has slightly thickened.

Stir in chopped parsley and serve immediately.
