- Pre-cooked shrimp1 lb, peeled and deveined
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Crushed tomatoes28 oz can
- Tomato paste1 tbsp
- Dried oregano1 tsp
- Fresh parsley2 tbsp, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water1/4 cup, if needed

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.

Add crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the pre-cooked shrimp and chopped parsley. Stir to combine and heat through for about 3-5 minutes.

Adjust seasoning. If too thick, add a little water. Serve immediately.
