- Pre-cooked Istrian sausages400g
- Pre-shredded sauerkraut700g
- Onion1 medium
- Garlic2 cloves
- Caraway seeds1 tsp
- Vegetable broth200 ml
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Slice the pre-cooked sausages into thick rounds.

Chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and caraway seeds. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the pre-shredded sauerkraut and sliced sausages to the skillet. Stir well.

Pour in the vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer.

Cover and cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauerkraut is tender and flavors have melded.
