- Prosciutto (Pršut)50g
- Milk or Cream2 tbsp
- Olive Oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste
- Fresh Parsley1 tbsp, chopped

Finely dice the prosciutto.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced prosciutto to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy.

Pour the egg mixture over the prosciutto in the skillet.

Cook for 3-5 minutes, gently pushing the cooked edges towards the center and tilting the pan to allow uncooked egg to flow underneath. Cook until the omelette is set but still moist.
