Cut the Paški sir into small cubes (about 1.5 cm).

Finely mince the garlic clove.

Remove the leaves from the rosemary sprig and chop them finely.

In a bowl, combine the cheese cubes, olives, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.

Drizzle with olive oil and toss gently to coat.
