- Sauerkraut, drained800g
- Onion, finely chopped1 medium
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Rice, uncooked50g
- Tomato paste3 tbsp
- Sweet paprika1.5 tbsp
- Saltto taste

In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, uncooked rice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Take large pieces of sauerkraut (or carefully separate leaves if using whole) and place a portion of the meat mixture in the center. Roll up to form parcels.

In a pot, mix tomato paste, sweet paprika, and a little water to create a sauce. Add the arambašići parcels to the pot.

Add enough water to cover the parcels. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the meat is cooked through and the cabbage is tender.
