Sastojci
- Arborio rice300g
- Pre-cooked squid or calamari rings300g
- Squid ink paste1-2 tbsp
- Vegetable broth750ml
- Onion1 small
- Garlic1 clove
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Lemon zest1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Red pepper flakespinch

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion until translucent, then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Add the Arborio rice and toast for 1 minute.

Warm the broth and dissolve the squid ink paste into it.

Add the ink-infused broth to the rice, one ladleful at a time, stirring until absorbed. Continue for about 15-18 minutes until rice is al dente.

Stir in the pre-cooked squid rings, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until squid is heated through.

Serve immediately, garnished with a pinch of red pepper flakes.
