Sastojci
- Beef tripe, pre-cooked and sliced500 g
- Onions, finely chopped1 large
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Carrots, thinly sliced1 medium
- Tomato paste1 tbsp
- Sweet paprika1 tsp
- Beef broth400 ml
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)1 tbsp

Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté finely chopped onions until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in tomato paste and sweet paprika. Cook for 1 minute, stirring.

Add the pre-cooked and sliced tripe and thinly sliced carrots. Stir well.

Pour in beef broth. Add salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45-60 minutes, or until tripe is tender and carrots are cooked through. Stir occasionally.

Taste and adjust seasoning. If the sauce is too thin, simmer uncovered for a few more minutes to reduce.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
