- Cooked chicken (rotisserie or pre-cooked)300g
- Carrots1 large
- Celery stalk1
- Egg noodles (store-bought)150g
- Fresh parsley or dill2 tbsp, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Finely dice the carrots and celery. Add them to a pot with the chicken broth.

Bring the broth to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add the cooked chicken (shredded or diced) and the store-bought egg noodles to the pot.
