- Smoked paprika2 tbsp
- Cayenne pepper1/2 tsp (or to taste)
- Olive oil40 ml
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Roast red bell peppers and eggplant until charred. Peel peppers and eggplant, discard pepper seeds.

Finely chop or process the roasted vegetables. Mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped vegetables, minced garlic, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 2-2.5 hours, until thickened and flavors have melded.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for another 15 minutes.
