- Baby potatoes750 g
- Garlic powder1 tbsp
- Dried mixed herbs (rosemary, thyme)2 tbsp
- Olive oil3 tbsp
- Saltto taste

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash and halve baby potatoes. In a bowl, toss potatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.

In the same bowl, toss lamb chops with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes.

Add lamb chops to the baking sheet with the potatoes. Continue roasting for another 20-25 minutes, or until lamb is cooked to your liking and potatoes are tender and browned.
