- Beef broth400 ml
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp

Chop onions and mince garlic.

Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Brown the beef stew meat.

Add onions and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Add sweet paprika and tomato paste, cook for 1 minute, stirring.

Pour in beef broth, scraping the bottom of the pot. Add the browned beef back.
