  • Red chili flakes1/2 tsp
  • Tomatoes1 large

  • Bacon fat or vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Water150ml
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Chili oilfor garnish
  • Fresh dillfor garnish

    In a pot, heat the bacon fat or oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions and sauté until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.
