- Pre-cooked smoked sausage (e.g., Kielbasa)250g

- Chicken or vegetable broth500ml
- Tomato paste1 tbsp
- Smoked paprika1 tsp
- Olive oil1 tbsp

Drain and rinse the canned beans.

Slice the pre-cooked sausage into bite-sized pieces.

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté the onion until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.

Stir in the tomato paste and smoked paprika, cook for 30 seconds.

Add the sliced sausage to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.

Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.

Add the drained and rinsed beans. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, allowing flavors to combine and the stew to thicken slightly.
