Sastojci
- Fresh green beans, trimmed and halved500g
- Potatoes, peeled and cubed400g
- Onion, finely chopped1 large
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Pork belly or pancetta, diced50g
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Flour1 tbsp
- Water or light broth600ml
- Sour cream150g
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)2 tbsp

In a large pot, render diced pork belly/pancetta until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving fat in the pot.

Add vegetable oil if needed, then sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to form a roux.

Gradually whisk in water or broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer.

Add the green beans and cubed potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the reserved crispy pork.

Cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

In a small bowl, whisk the sour cream with a ladleful of the hot stew liquid to temper it. Stir this mixture back into the pot.

Gently heat through for a few minutes without boiling. Adjust seasoning. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and an extra dollop of sour cream.
