Sastojci
- Kale1 kg
- Smoked pork belly300 g
- Potatoes500 g
- Onion1 large
- Garlic3 cloves
- Carrot1 medium
- Vegetable oil or lard2 tbsp
- Paprika1 tsp
- Bay leaf1
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Wash and chop the kale, removing tough stems. Peel and dice the potatoes, onion, and carrot. Mince the garlic.

In a large pot, heat oil or lard over medium heat. Add the diced onion and carrot and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and paprika, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the chopped kale and diced smoked pork belly to the pot. Stir well.

Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients. Add the bay leaf.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for at least 1 hour, or until the kale and pork are tender. Add more water if needed to maintain a stew consistency.

Add the diced potatoes and cook for another 20-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove the bay leaf before serving.
