- Pre-washed and chopped kale800 g
- Lean diced pork200 g
- Potatoes400 g
- Onion1 medium
- Garlic2 cloves
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Paprika1/2 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water or vegetable brothas needed

Peel and dice the potatoes and onion. Mince the garlic.

Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and paprika, stir for 30 seconds.

Add the pre-chopped kale and diced lean pork. Stir well.

Pour in enough water or broth to cover. Bring to a boil.

Add the diced potatoes. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes and kale are tender.
