- All-purpose flour2 tablespoons
- Vegetable broth1.5 cups
- Tomato paste1 tablespoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon

Season pork chops with salt and pepper.

Dredge pork chops in flour.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops until golden brown on both sides. Remove chops and set aside.

Add chopped onions to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in tomato paste and paprika, cook for another minute.

Pour in vegetable broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.

Return pork chops to the skillet. Bring the sauce to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through and tender.

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
