- Fresh parsley2 tbsp, chopped
- Fresh thyme1 tbsp, chopped
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water50 ml

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Mince garlic. Chop fresh herbs. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Coat the pork ribs with the herb and garlic mixture.

Place ribs in a baking dish. Add water to the bottom.

Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for another 20-30 minutes, until cooked through and browned.
