- Red bell pepper2

- Yellow onion2
- Pork or vegetable broth200 ml
- White wine vinegar50 ml
- Olive oil100 ml
- Garlic4 cloves
- Paprika2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepper
- Bay leaf2
- Rosemary1 sprig

Cut pork shoulder into 2.5 cm cubes. Chop bell peppers and onions into similar-sized pieces.

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add pork cubes and marinate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator.

Thread the marinated pork cubes and vegetable pieces alternately onto skewers.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and lightly charred.

While grilling, gently warm the pork or vegetable broth with bay leaves and rosemary. This can be used for basting if desired.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
