- Dried marjoram1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Season goose parts generously with salt, pepper, and dried marjoram. Rub with minced garlic.

Place goose parts in a roasting pan with sliced onion. Add a splash of water.

Roast for 1.5-2 hours, or until cooked through and skin is crispy, basting occasionally.

While goose roasts, prepare mlinci by soaking them in warm water or broth for about 10-15 minutes until pliable.

Drain the mlinci and toss them with some of the goose drippings from the pan.

Remove goose from oven, let rest for 10 minutes.

Serve goose parts with the mlincima.
