- White wine100 ml

- Fresh thyme2 sprigs

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Peel and cut potatoes into large chunks or wedges. Peel and quarter the onions. Peel garlic cloves.

In a large bowl, toss the chicken thighs, potatoes, onions, and garlic cloves with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Arrange the mixture in a single layer in a large baking dish. Tuck in the rosemary and thyme sprigs.

Pour the white wine over the ingredients.

Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown, and the potatoes are tender and crispy.
