- Tuna chunks (Tongkol)500g
- Coconut milk400ml
- Shallots4
- Garlic cloves2
- Ginger1cm
- Turmeric powder1 tsp
- Chili powder1/2 tsp
- Lemongrass1 stalk
- Kaffir lime leaves2
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Water50ml

Finely chop shallots, garlic, and ginger.

Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté chopped shallots, garlic, and ginger until softened.

Add turmeric powder and chili powder. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the tuna chunks, bruised lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves. Stir to coat.

Pour in coconut milk and water. Bring to a simmer.

Simmer for about 10-15 minutes, until tuna is cooked through.
