- Lime4
- Minced Garlic2 tbsp
- Minced Ginger1 tbsp
- Bird's Eye Chilies2-3
- Cilantro1/2 bunch
- Fish Sauce3 tbsp
- Lime Juice4 tbsp
- Water2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Clean and score the sea bass. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Place the fish on a steaming plate. Add a few slices of lime and ginger on top.

Steam the fish over high heat for 12-15 minutes until cooked.

While fish steams, quickly mix lime juice, fish sauce, water, minced garlic, minced ginger, and chopped chilies in a small bowl.

Once fish is done, remove from steamer. Drain excess liquid.

Pour the prepared sauce over the hot fish.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
