  • Water250ml
  • Saltto taste
  • Sugar1 tsp
  • Tomatoes1 medium
  • Okra100g
  • Thai Basil Leaves (for garnish)a few sprigs

    Soak dried chilies in hot water until softened, then drain. Blend dried chilies, shallots, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, and belacan into a paste.
