  • Fermented soybean paste (taucu)3 tbsp
  • Minced garlic1 tbsp
  • Minced ginger1 tsp
  • Red chili1, sliced
  • Soy sauce1 tbsp
  • Sugar1/2 tsp
  • Water1/4 cup
  • Cooking oil1 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Spring onionsfor garnish
