  • Pineapple chunks1/2 cup, canned or fresh
  • Coconut milk400ml
  • Malaysian curry paste (shrimp or fish)2 tbsp
  • Lime juice1 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Water50ml
  • Vegetable oil1 tbsp
