- Shrimp400g, peeled and deveined
- Petai beans150g, pods opened and beans removed
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Sambal oelek3-4 tbsp (adjust to taste)
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Lime juice1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
