Bahan

  • Shrimp400g, peeled and deveined
  • Petai beans150g, pods opened and beans removed
  • Garlic2 cloves, minced
  • Sambal oelek3-4 tbsp (adjust to taste)
  • Soy sauce1 tbsp
  • Sugar1 tsp
  • Lime juice1 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp

    Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
