- Garlic2 cloves
- Chili flakes1 tsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce1 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Cooking oil1 tbsp
- Water50ml

Clean and cut the squid into rings and tentacles.
